My career has been dedicated to helping purpose-driven organisations succeed. For years, I had the privilege of serving as the General Manager for Business Onehunga, where I led the strategic expansion of the Business Improvement District. This involved deep community consultation, business planning, and securing support from local government—an experience that gave me first-hand insight into what it takes to drive growth and build consensus.
My passion for this work extends to my governance roles, including my time as a trustee for the Onehunga Youth Trust and as a parent member of the Onehunga Primary School Board of Trustees. These roles have reinforced my belief that strong governance, effective communication, and a focus on community are the cornerstones of any successful organisation.
