My career has been dedicated to helping purpose-driven organisations succeed. For years, I had the privilege of serving as the General Manager for Business Onehunga, where I led the strategic expansion of the Business Improvement District. This involved deep community consultation, business planning, and securing support from local government—an experience that gave me first-hand insight into what it takes to drive growth and build consensus.
My passion for this work extends to my governance roles, including my time as a trustee for the Onehunga Youth Trust and my current position as Presiding Member for the Onehunga Primary School Board of Trustees. These roles have reinforced my belief that strong governance, effective communication, and a focus on community are the cornerstones of any successful organisation.
